GLOBAL VILLAGE!

I have been hearing of the term GLOBAL VILLAGE since the year Y2k or there about!
Truth be told i didn't have a full understanding of what it meant or how it was gonna affect me! Little did i know that i got myself initiated the day i decided to learn how to operate a computer as well as surf the net! Years have passed, i have grown in every area, and as everyday passes, i get more and more rooted in the "global village".

Here i am today, unaware of how much my believes, morals and values have changed over the years. I am pretty sure you'll feel the same way if you search within you.

How does one explain having a Virtual Family. I sincerely hope my biological family will not feel bad reading this.
Its Ok to call my biological parents once a month ( their baby is now a grown up- moved to lagos and now works! dem must to understand now)
I cant remember the last time i spoke with my brother- and who'll believe we both live in Lagos ( yeah, the usual excuse- Lagos is tough and stressful, thanx to Lagos traffic- but i didn't know traffic also affected phones too)
I see my sister everyday on the other hand, only because we live together, i'm sure her story wouldn't be different if it wasn't so.

Yet i have a family (virtual) which i cannot wait to hear from every day! we converse for nothing less than 10 hours a day. Got a dad who is in Germany, a mum in the UK, a brother in the US and a kid sister in the UK. Me i dey 9ja. Thanx to the internet and a bigger thanx to Face Book! ( i'll give you the gist of my virtual family pretty soon) watch out!

It also interests me how unwilling i am these days to give out information! If my colleague asks me a simple question about something, i would rather refer you to google than to crack my head to give you the answers. No wonder i have suddenly become not sooooooooo nice.

How interesting it is to find that people find it easier to talk to strangers rather than friends! thanx to chat room. u can video call, talk for free to any one anywhere in an instance!
Even in a real village it takes time to walk to somebody's house to chat them up! This global village thing is getting scary o! or is it me alone? somebody help me!

This can't be happening to me alone, or have i become an alien? I could go on and and on and on...
but i gotto go home! i need some rest. So i guess i'll see u when next i am moved!

Hmm! soo much for a global village! it be called a global family!

OK! I finally found the nerve to start blogging!
Quite frankly i dont know how interesting my life is,
but im pwetty sure im a have interesting experiences and tales to share wiv y'all!
This deffy aint gonna be a blogg thats tied to a particular Topic. i would like to see this as a Diary!
well some sort of diary!
We are gonna be doing this together. i will try as much as i can to make this an interactive blog
there will be a lot of entertainment, fashion, controversy and the likes in here (those are simply my elements).
Now that i have finally began blogging, so Help me God!
